Style preferences can evolve, and order cancellations may occasionally be needed. The details below explain how cancellation requests for men’s apparel orders are handled.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of placement or before dispatch begins, whichever comes first.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email with your order reference details.
If the cancellation request meets eligibility criteria, the full order value will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted. After delivery, customers may request a return by following the steps outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
Changes to product selection or delivery address are not supported after an order is confirmed. Eligible orders must be cancelled and placed again with the correct details.
