This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how men’s apparel orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when purchases are made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
We currently ship orders to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at present.
Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days from the time payment is confirmed. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
After your order is prepared, a confirmation email with shipment details will be sent to your registered email address.
Standard delivery generally takes between 3 to 8 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner schedules.
If a delivery attempt cannot be completed due to reasons such as incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be sent back to our facility. Customers may contact our support team to request a new delivery attempt.
If you receive a package in damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photographs of the damage.
In cases where a shipment is reported missing during transit, we will work with the courier partner to confirm the status and proceed with a replacement or refund based on verification.
